Diphtheria cases rise in Philippines

Bicol, Davao, Soccsksargen and the Muslim Mindanao region have all seen a rise in cases of diphtheria recently. A new outbreak in Baybay has seen as many as 57 recorded cases. According to the Philippine Government, Saram and the Eastern and Northern Samar regions have also been affected.  Read more
